Welcome to BigShorts, an OTT platform offering short-format content, operated by Big Shorts Digital Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using BigShorts (“App” or “Service”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BigShorts, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this App. By using BigShorts, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Access

To access premium content, you must create an account and log in.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium Content & Access

Users can unlock premium content either by:
Watching advertisements; or
Subscribing to a paid plan (as per applicable pricing).
Subscription plans and pricing may change, and we will notify users of any updates.
Watching ads does not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium content.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Upload or share any illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission.
Use the App for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes.
Circumvent or bypass content restrictions, security mechanisms, or payment systems.
Distribute, resell, or misuse the content or services provided.

6. Payments & Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.
If you cancel your subscription, access to premium content will continue until the end of the billing period.
We use third-party payment processors, and their terms apply to transactions.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

All content on BigShorts, including videos, trademarks, and software, is owned or licensed by Big Shorts Digital Private Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view content but cannot reproduce, modify, or distribute it.

8. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

BigShorts displays advertisements, and ad-based access to premium content may be subject to availability.
We are not responsible for third-party services, ads, or external links within the App.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time, but past purchases or subscriptions will not be refunded.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Big Shorts Digital Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
